DEPT. OF PARALLEL UNIVERSES

To Everything There Is an Opposite

Here is a not so random image (much conscious intentionality went into making it). Like everything else in the universe it's a twofer: it is irrevocably associated with it's opposite in a parallel universe accessible simply by flipping a plus sign to a minus sign.

Behold, the anti-image of the one above it which is its anti-image. All visual values in each are opposites of the other. Each one implies and effectively creates the other at no additional cost in time, energy and inspiration. All you have to do is flip the switch - contemporary digital image processors make it as easy as clicking on "Negative Image" button.

"So how do you tell which image is positive and which is negative?" asks Prickles. You can't. "Positive" and "negative" are arbitrary labels. By convention the image as you see it first is considered to be the positive. "Oh," she says.
